 To set Lotus Notes to not require a password when
running the Desktop Optimizer, do the following:
- From the File --> Security menu, click "User
Settings..."
- In the Security Basics area, check the box for "Don't prompt
for a password from other Notes-based programs (reduces
security)".
- Click the OK button.
