Bookmark Manager
|

 The Bookmark Manager allows you to set up bookmarks to
Lotus Notes databases. Once you have set up bookmarks, the
databases can be opened using the NotesMedic Toolkit™ . The
databases will open using the Lotus Notes application set in the
Bookmarks Settings.
To create bookmarks, click the Manage Bookmarks button on the main
NotesMedic Toolkit™ screen, click Bookmark Manager from the Tools
menu, or click the Bookmarks tab from the Tools/Settings menu.

- Open the NotesMedic Toolkit™ application and click the Manage
Bookmarks button on the main screen.

- Open the NotesMedic Toolkit™ application and click on Settings
from the Tools menu.
- Click the Bookmarks tab.
- Click the Start Bookmark Manager button.
- Tools Menu
- Open the NotesMedic Toolkit™ application.
- Click Bookmark Manager from the Tools menu.
The following dialog box will appear on your screen:
Once the Bookmark Manager is open, select the server where the
database is located. Highlight the database and click the Bookmark
button. The database will be added to the Bookmarks list. Click OK
to save the Bookmark.
If you need to remove any bookmarks, simply highlight the database
in the Bookmarks list and click the Remove button. Click OK to
close the Bookmark Manager window.
